Fractio enables tech startups to reduce risk and pivot faster towards success
Fractio is a startup enablement platform giving entrepreneurs on demand access to fractional professionals in product development, business operations, digital marketing, sales enablement, and people management on a subscription basis.
Basically, these critical functions need to be able to pivot along the axis of business operations as it scales while lowering fixed costs—our model enables that.
A native of Tampa Bay, Founder and CEO, Fatin Kwasny, spent her entire career working in the digital and tech space, with the last 10 years spent working in marketing leadership roles for multinational and startup tech and telecom companies in Washington, DC, as well as Austin, Texas, and while working remotely in the Tampa area.
She has experienced much that comes with tech startup territory. From the autocracies but also humility of founding teams, to the joys of an MVP and bringing a product to market, and celebrating successes and incredible margins, plus the happy hours, but also the pitfalls of departmental silos, failures, and layoffs. The hope is that Fractio will help alleviate some of those symptoms while bringing harmony through its advisor network to enable startups to thrive.
Fatin is a supporter of the tech community in Tampa Bay. She is also a board member on the Emerging Leaders Council of Tampa Bay Tech.
